2. Services

Geraldine Auto Restorations Ltd provides vehicle restoration, panel beating, auto painting, rust repair, chassis work, and related automotive services in Geraldine, South Canterbury. All services are subject to availability and a formal quote or agreement prior to work commencing.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on visible damage or information provided at the time. Additional costs may arise if hidden damage or complications are discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Vehicles Left in Our Care

Vehicles left at our premises are the responsibility of the owner. While we take reasonable care of all vehicles in our workshop, Geraldine Auto Restorations Ltd is not liable for any pre-existing damage, theft, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to retain possession of a vehicle until full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Any concerns with completed work should be raised with us promptly. We will assess warranty claims in good faith and resolve any genuine workmanship issues at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Geraldine Auto Restorations Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
